To come by car from Santiago, you must take Route 68. It is 120 km away approx. and you should consider paying tolls. The journey on a normal day should take between 90 and 120 minutes depending on traffic.
Getting Valparaíso by bus is quite easy. Buses depart frequently from Terminal Alameda or Terminal Pajaritos. You can buy tickets online or at ticket offices. The main companies are Tur Bus and Pullman Bus.
