Discover the local spirit and the must-sees of Valparaíso in a day full of emotions!

10 AM AUTHENTIC VALPARAÍSO:

We will start the day traveling by train along the coastline to reach Caleta Portales. Here you will get to know its two markets for seafood products from all over Chile. You will be amazed by the sea lions, seagulls and pelicans and you will learn about people related to artisanal fishing. From this point we will take a bus to Plaza Victoria, the most central part of the city, where you can feel the local spirit. We will go up the Espíritu Santo Elevator, one of the most used by the local community, and then we will visit part of the Museo a Cielo Abierto and other hidden corners of the area. Finally, we will take an authentic micro, like a roller coaster, to go up and down the hills of Valparaíso.

1 PM TIME FOR LUNCH

Whether you want to try some empanadas, go to a seafood restaurant or just have a coffee and eat something light, we are ready to share our best recommendations with you according to your tastes and preferences. The city has a wide gastronomic offer.

2 PM FAMOUS VALPARAÍSO:

We will start this part in the historic Plaza Sotomayor. From there we will take an electric trolleybus to explore Barrio Puerto & the Financial District. After that we will do a funicular ride to climb the hill. Once at the top, we will start a pleasant walk through the most famous neighborhood of Valparaíso where you will enjoy incredible views, walking through the cobblestone streets, visiting some of the famous art galleries and meeting the artists that give life to the place. Throughout this route you will be able to take incredible pictures of the city, its architecture, views and street art.

5 PM END OF DAY
